Welcome to Better Branded. By accessing our website and placing an order for custom-printed promotional products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service in the United Kingdom and internationally.
2. Customisation & Proofing Policy
Accuracy is paramount for branded gear. Better Branded provides digital proofs for all custom orders. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all details, including spelling, logo placement, and colour codes (Pantone). Once a proof is approved, Better Branded is not liable for errors present in the approved design. Batch variations within industry-standard tolerances may occur.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting artwork or logos to us, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights or have obtained the necessary permissions for their use. Better Branded reserves the right to showcase completed works in our marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is specifically requested and signed by both parties at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery & UK Shipping Standards
We aim to meet all stated production timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates. Better Branded is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs for international orders. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified UK business address. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Cancellation & Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-printed promotional products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Returns are only accepted for defective goods or products that significantly deviate from the approved proof. 6. Governing Law
